Matsuki Mobile: Royale

(Note: This show is not technically a UBL show but it has UBL talent and furthers UBL story lines so I'm posting it here. It's Matsuki Army's tribute to Julian Caesaro whose real life handler passed away. It's the next show in the "Matsuki Mobile" series and partially sponsored by FPCPP.)
Matsuki Mobile: Royale
*We fade into an FPCPP arena which is bathed in purple and gold light. The fans are cheering but with a more subdued respect than usual. In a rare showing of audience solidarity that would make rival promoters jealous, every sign in the building is honoring Julian Caesaro or the Caesaro family in general. A "Ceese" chant breaks out followed by a "Thank you, Julian" *clap clap clapclapclap* chant. Many fans are seen to attempt the Royale Shuffle which requires superhuman grace to do well, especially in large crowds.
The camera pans to the ring where Asako Matsuki, the owner of Matsuki Holdings and leader of Matsuki Army, stands with a microphone. She has eschewed her typical "business kimono" in favor of a more conservative dark grey suit. She bows to the crowd to get their attention.*
[Asako:] "Hello everyone and welcome to Matsuki Mobile: Royale."
*The fans seem shocked that Asako is speaking in a calmer voice than usual with none of her traditional choppy, impatient cadence.*
[Asako:] "My name is Asako Matsuki. I come before you in public tonight for the first time in over a year, and I do so with a renewed spirit. For years I have labored under ideals that have marginalized me from my fellow man. I grew up with a stern father figure who told me that, to succeed in business and life, one must be strong and unyielding. Over the years many have mistaken my adherence to those principles as coldness and callousness. I will admit that I am not the easiest person to get to know. But I have always been loyal to those who believe in me, I am respectful of those I believe in, and I listen to them.
When Julian Caesaro tragically passed away last month, RYOMA approached the other members of Matsuki Army and discussed how our organization could honor him. When they requested of me that the next Matsuki Mobile show be against FPCPP and in honor of Julian, I was proud to honor it. My time with Matsuki Army, and the opportunity to see them grow as not just a unit but a family, has made me realize that true strength means being able to open yourself up to people who make a difference in your life and world.
I have never formally met Julian Caesaro, but no one can doubt that this sport and world is better because of him. In the interactions that RYOMA and Kazuo have had with him in and out of the ring, they could attest to that even more than I can. Tonight is about putting on the best show possible since Julian Caesaro was all about entertaining the world and pushing himself through competition. Tonight is about turning a new page in the book of Matsuki Army, one that honors our shared values and goals rather than marginalizing others.
With that, i would like to introduce the newest member of Matsuki Army, scouted by RYOMA. Our new member will be facing Emu Royale to start our show in what should be a very exciting match. We truly hope that you enjoy it."
*The crowd gives enthusiastic applause to Asako's speech and she bows again out of respect and appreciation.*

The crowd is very excited to see Tetsu Gushiken from the Universal Battle League join Matsuki Army! Emu Kid, calling himself Emu Royale for this show, comes to the ring next representing FPCPP. He and Tetsu shake hands and it is now time for the first match of the evening. Get ready for action, action, ACTION!
Match #1: Tetsu Gushiken vs. Emu Royale
*The crowd is roaring in applause after our first match. Both men get standing ovations and engage in a post-match handshake. It is clear that each competitor represented their organization and Julian Caesaro with respect and passion. Some fans are chanting "rematch" while others are simply spinning in circles due to excitement and inner ear dust.
Our next match involves Narai Kaeo of Matsuki Army facing Gabriella Breeze of the Royale Deities. Narai Kaeo was one of the first acquisitions of Matsuki Army and became Asako's personal bodyguard and team enforcer. She retired in 2011 after OG-Joshi was sold to Ruby Moreno. The reason for that retirement was because Narai's last match was against Ruby Moreno for the OG-Joshi World Title. Narai came extremely close to knocking Ruby out to win that title but fell short in the end. Asako sensed that Ruby held a grudge due to how violent Narai was during the match so Narai didn't bother going to OG-Joshi, Since retiring, Narai has remained Asako's personal bodyguard and become a trainer in the Matsuki gym, helping push the Hellions and Kazuo Saji past their limits.
Gabriella Breeze is the hossette of the Royale Deities, a group put together by Avalon Porter who was Julian Caesaro's girlfriend. Gabi, as her friends call her (we should stick to callng her Gabriella or she'll throttle us) is one of the strongest women in the world and not one to trifle with. She, along with her Deity stablemates, were introduced to OG-Joshi by Julian Caesaro and had great success there with her tag partner Valencia Cruz. She was like family to Julian Caesaro and insisted on venting her emotions through the stiffest competition she could get. Narai certainly fits the bill, as does the match stipulation. This encounter will not be as elegant as the last one, so buckle your safety belts!
Match #2: Last Woman Standing
Narai Kaeo (Matsuki Army) vs. Gabriella Breeze (Royale Deities)
*The crowd repeatedly chants: "HOSS" which actually sounds like they are repeatedly saying "sauce." The two women in the ring stagger to their feet and give each other a nod of respect. Narai Kaeo then knees one of the turnbuckle posts so hard that it breaks. Gabi smirks and yanks a post on her side clean out of the ring. Luckily we will have a short commercial break as the Matsuki and FPCPP crew attempt to fix the ring after the damage done to it in the name of, I don't know, hoss sauce? It feels good to laugh.*
"Chrome Dome"
*The words "Chrome Dome" come onto the MobileTron (local carrier rates may vary) and the fans jump out of their seats. They start duel chanting "Chrome" and "Geese". The excitement level is sky high and further ramps up once Kazuo Saji's entrance starts.*
Video entrance for Kazuo Saji
*Kazuo gets into the ring and is handed two microphones. He lifts one up and begins talking.*
[Kazuo:] "Welcome to the first ever 'Chrome Dome', a show with thrills, spills, and chills. And that was just from taking a cold shower a few minutes ago to keep my chub down. *Saji glances down at a small tent in his pants then smirks* My guest tonight is former FPCPP World Champion, 'Kaiser of Chaos', and all around asshole, Orochi Geese. He is coming back from retirement for one night to face Allen Riggs at the FPCPP show honoring Julian Caesaro. For the first time in five years, Orochi Geese, come on down."
Video entrance for Orochi Geese
*Orochi Geese walks down to the ring to stunned silence by a crowd surprised to actually see him despite his advertised presence for tonight. Geese smirks and shakes his head in derision at the collective reaction then he strolls up the stairs and gets into the ring. He power walks toward the middle and immediately does his open arm stretch and lets out a roar. This brings the crowd to life who roars with him, quickly settling down when they see a disturbing look they have not seen on his face in years, hunger. Kazuo Saji slowly passes him a microphone which Geese quickly snatches.*
[Geese:] "Welcome back to the Era of Entropy. The world continues to fundamentally change with all of you being the last to know. Consider my presence to be a temporary alleviation of your ignorance. I have returned to the FPCPP for one match against Allen Riggs to honor our fallen ally, Julian Caesaro. Saji, my agreement to appear on your 'Chrome Dome' was predicated on discussing the match and only the match. Information about my retirement activities, the UBL, and Destiny are off the table. Keep your questions and attitude in line and all will go well. You may begin."
[Kazuo:] "Begin my show? Thanks, pal. *Saji rolls his eyes* Now let's start with the obvious question: Where have you been...*Geese looks irritated* all my life, Geese? *Saji smirks* Allen Riggs isn't the only one who has wanted a match with you. Why are you still du...Goosing me?"
[Geese:] "I have returned only to face the worthy for a worthy cause. Undoubtedly a number of wrestlers would like to make a name for themselves at my expense but they have yet to eran my attention. Next question."
[Kazuo:] "Still making excuses, okay. Moving and grooving on, so your last match was in December 2011. How does someone whose been on the shelf for five years expect to beat the FPCPP World Champion: a man who you probably couldn't have even beaten in your prime? What's your game plan, son?"
[Geese:] "Chaos."
[Kazuo:] "Excuse you?"
[Geese:] "After my defeat at the hands of Wonderland, I told the world that chaos was propaganda but everyone misunderstood me. My marketing of chaos was propaganda to weaken my enemies but the actual dynamic is quite real. Chaos means that none of my opponents can predict what I will do in the ring since even I do not know. Yomi is impossible as you can't read a mind that has not been made up. Maai distance can not be maintained since you do not know where I will be striking from. My mind can not be read as I fight with instinct and fury. Allen Riggs, for all his genius, experience, and ability, will not see coming what even I can't. He can study my tapes, he can 'search his feelings', but he couldn't predict me in 2011 let alone five years later."
[Kazuo:] "That's some next level bullshit right there. So you're telling me that your insanity is the antidote to the Riggs virus which no one else has been able to put him down with a strategy? But don't you think he knows your game? He's hungry, he wants to face you. He came here because of you, Geese. And he's been waiting on you ever since then. But as hungry as he is, he wouldn't bite off more than he knows he can chew. He's a dick but he's not an idiot. Why bring you in if there's doubt about what you're gonna do?"
[Geese:] "Because he knows the worst things in this world don't break in, they have to be invited. He wants me to be the monster that I've always been: The monster I kept down for the past five years. He asked me to cross the threshold of retirement and return to the battleground that I have done the most damage in. He wants me at my worst but he's not afraid to lose. He's not afraid of what I am, he's only afraid of missing a golden opportunity to fight me. That makes him a warrior and he's been dreaming of this battle for years. He thanked Julian giving me a reason to come back to face him. I send my gratitude to Julian because, upon my return, I am unrestrained, uncaged, and unstoppable."
[Kazuo:] "Well you better not be unprotected if you're crossing thresholds."
[Geese:] "That earns a 4 on the Holly scale. Room for improvement."
[Kazuo:] "Harsh. And we were getting along so well."
[Geese:] "Stop trying to. The truth is that Riggs doesn't care what I have to say because he knew I was ready to fight from the second I accepted his challenge. He realizes I'm out here to get as many people as possible to watch our match of the century in honor of Julian. But I'm not just here to discuss Riggs. I'm also about to perform a public service and give you advice. Years ago I attempted to recruit Julian to what many would call 'the dark side' based on my own self interest but tonight I am here to do the opposite. I am here to help you, even though I will derive no benefit from it and don't particularly like you. Do you know why men like Riggs and myself have the success that we do?"
[Kazuo:] "Sandy vagmeisters??"
[Geese:] "Sure, if you want to be cute. We don't suffer any disrespect and we sure as hell do not allow ourselves to be victimized. Say what you want about us, but five months ago you were attacked and injured by a sumo wrestler named Yoshirozuna. Yet I have not heard one comment out of you that leads me to believe that you are going to avenge yourself. Why is that exactly?"
[Kazuo:] "I'm just like...trying not to be a hater anymore."
*Geese looks increasingly frustrated, like he is going to tear his hair out.*
[Geese:] "What does that even mean!?"
[Kazuo:] "Just like good vibes. I get why he's mad at me, I was a dick to him with my boy, Kurt Sanders. But now Yoshi did his thing so we're even. I got nothing more to say to him. He mad, he get revenge, we straight."
[Geese:] "There's a difference between not being a hater and turning into a pussy. *The crowd oohs and Saji tenses up a little.* If Yoshirozuna had even attempted to do that to Riggs or myself, he'd be in the intensive care unit wearing a diaper rather than a mawashi ."
[Kazuo:] "Not trying to hate on him, but that was funny shit."
[Geese:] "No it wasn't. It would not be funny what I would do to him if he even looked at me the wrong way. It is also not funny what has become of you. I thought you had potential, Saji. But you are scared and, worse, you are using humor and this new 'live and let live' attitude to hide your fear."
[Kazuo:] "Naw, I'm not scared of the big bad sumo."
[Geese:] "True, that is not where your fear lies. What you are scared of is finding the very thing we discussed earlier that you joked about: a threshold. As one evolves, one has to readjust the balances in their life. You are having trouble doing that because of the recent changes you have experienced: Your friends have humanized you. That is a good thing. My life is better because I allowed the same thing to happen to me years ago. However, you are going too far in the direction of peace. In one year, Kazuo "Caring" Saji will be standing here with friendship bracelets instead of sunglasses and retiring from in ring competition. *some in the crowd laugh but quickly pipe down when they see that Geese is not smiling* You need to find the line, the threshold, where you won't superfluously anger anyone but will refuse to back down if challenged. You can't let someone intentionally injure you and back down from facing them. No one will take you seriously again, not even yourself."
[Kazuo:] "Come on dog, er, Goose, this was supposed to be in honor of Julian Cae-"
*Fury shoots out of Geese's eyes as he runs up to Saji and slaps him hard across the face before he can finish saying Ceese's name.*
[Geese:] "Keep his name out of your mouth! Do you realize who you speak of? Julian Caesaro never backed down against anyone, friend or foe. You're talking about a man who was jumped and put into the hospital by his best friend, Level. A man who had his girlfriend abducted by Athrin Kazama. A man who watched his own brother go down a dark path and never recovered. But Julian Caesaro never shied away from a fight, never gave up, and never stopped his evolution by running away from the threshold. He sought it, even when he knew he wouldn't always get it right. Even when he knew there were times he may go too far against an enemy who wronged him or not far enough against a friend he had to defeat. He tried to find the right balance because he knew that true failure in his career was giving up that search. You said that the 'Chrome Dome' is here to honor 'Caesaro's Palace?' Prove to everyone, prove to yourself, that you are worthy of it. Honor his spirit by following his example. It is time to become a man, Kazuo Saji, so listen to these words."
*Kazuo Saji is still holding his cheek in pain but his eyes are attentive.*
[Geese:] "You have grown as a person. You are no longer the immature pissant that tried to get in my face when I departed FPCPP Headquarters in 2011. One thing that I have learned since retiring is that your growth as a fighter must catch up to your growth as a person. Your old limits, your old thresholds don't work when your values change. You need to reevaluate what you are willing to do in and out of the ring to defend yourself and advance your interests. Do that for yourself and your friends. Because if you get too used to backing away and 'being cool', eventually you put others in danger as well. You can still be hungry inside the ring and behave properly out of it. In your case, behaving properly is still a challenge. And that is a good thing.
Every prime mover in this industry, from Vermin to Spunk to Jack Dod to myself to Allen Riggs, has had a chip on their shoulder. The ones that last the longest and achieve the most prevent that chip from consuming them and learn how to tap into it when needed. I know you have that chip, but you don't know how valuable it is. Don't throw it away just because you don't know how to regulate it now that you have meaningful people in your life. That would be an act of cowardice and will lead to a short, unremarkable career. You're better than that, Kazuo Saji. So I won't sugarcoat this: Evolve or your career will die."
*The crowd and Saji has gone silent. Geese is staring him down, hoping for some showing of emotion. Right as Saji is about to respond...*

Destiny marches down to the ring as Saji bails out. Geese appears more disappointed in Saji's cowardice than concerned about the 1 on 2 situation against the returning Jeff Monroe and the unmasked Summit (who bares a striking resemblance to Jeff). Geese invites them both to come to the ring and gets into a fighting stance to formally welcome them. It is clear that he will not be apologizing for coming here tonight or, alternatively, apologizing with his fists. The crowd is ramped up in anticipation of some good ole fashioned Geese ultraviolence but are wary of his odds, especially against old enemy Jeff Monroe.
LET'S SEE A FIGHT!!

Kazuo Saji has a face full of determination. He looks at Geese who nods back at him. When Geese looks back at Riggs, he has already left the ring and is walking up the ramp. Geese smirks as FPCPP security come out to ensure no further Destiny involvement.

An advertisement for the upcoming "Azteca Pro: Flashing Lights" show airs.
It is now time for the main event and what a climax we have for this show! RYOMA, a current holder of multiple singles and tag titles in the world of professional wrestling, challenges Jester Jay for his FPCPP Grand Prix Championship. Due to FPCPP inactivity, Jester has not had the chance to defend this coveted Title for a long time after defeating HTIMan for it. But his work around the world, including his current Super NOVA Interstellar Title reign, has proven that Jester hasn't lost a step or desire for forward momentum. In fact, that is one thing that Jester and RYOMA share: their dedication to wrestling anywhere that they could so that they keep moving forward in their careers.
Their in ring styles are markedly different. RYOMA relies on lariats and exploder suplexes to finish off his opponents while Jester can attack from a number of different positions with submissions, suplexes, and aerial maneuvers. Due to the power and size disparity, one of RYOMA's exploders could end this match. But due to the speed disparity, Jester may never give him the chance to hit one. RYOMA is a master of warrior mentality and philosophy who prepares himself for battle. Jester is an in-ring tactician and also a preparatory strategist who heavily scouts his opponents ahead of time for everything that they are capable of. Both men heavily respect the presence that Julian Caesaro has had in the world, with Jester knowing him on a more personal level. RYOMA was the catalyst for this show and Jester's long desired Grand Prix Championship is about to be reinvigorated, even if it ironically ends up falling into the hands of RYOMA. FPCPP fans have been promised a re-emergence of the Grand Prix Title starting with this show. Folks, we are ready for a battle of FIGHTING SPIRIT!
Match #3: FPCPP Grand Prix Championship
RYOMA (Matsuki Army) vs. Jester Jay (c) (FPCPP)
