::Corey O'Brian is back in the DRAGONSUPLEX Dojo in Fort Lauderdale Florida, tightening the ropes.::
Corey: Jin. It is one of the virtues of Bushido. It has several meanings. Compassion, benevolence, and mercy. It is a virtue that many lack, and one I strive to teach all my students. And it was this virtue that guided my decision on how to handle Jasper Woodruff. Because make no mistake my decision not to give him the Diamond Head was not a last minute change of heart. From the moment I had him in my clutches I knew exactly what I would do. Nobody else outside of his faction would have faulted me for delivering an execution. He is a man who has no virtues, driven by avarice and cowardice. But I instead chose the path of Jin. Make no mistake, Jasper Woodruff. You are still able to walk because I give you my permission to. You should be thanking me for that. But I'll settle for you taking my advice: If you don't change your ways, you will cross someone with my ability to end your career but without the mercy to decide not to. Be better.
Corey: Speaking of people who need to change their ways, Charles Langford. I have a question for you: Are you a complete fucking idiot? Your strategy of running away is... absolutely asinine. You have two points, two matches to go. The most points you can possibly earn is twelve. I now have nine. I can take you out of the running simply by not losing one of my next two matches. Joachim has a better chance than you because he has a match ahead of you. THRASH Ogawa also has a match advantage and is ahead of you. JET Hamada beats me and Joachim, you're also out. You're not out of the running yet but you may as well be. And it's a shame because if you applied yourself you could be someone people would take seriously in this. Now? You're getting in the way of pure competition and I am running out of patience for those who make that transgression.
Corey: Moreover, Langford. Consider this: The end of Continuum will mark the end of an era in UBL. Many people are already outright planning on their retirement. People will be hungry to take their place, more people will want to be in than are planning on getting out. Which means everyone's place in UBL will be evaluated. Yours included. If you want to be here, for fuck's sake ACT LIKE IT. If you don't, get the fuck out already and let someone who wants to be here take your place.
Corey: Which brings me to JET Hamada. JET, I've heard what people are saying, that this is a two-way race between me and Ogawa. You know who doesn't believe that? Me. Substitute or not, you wouldn't be in this tournament if you didn't belong in it. You sure as hell deserve it more than a lot of people here do. And you want to show everyone that not only do you belong in this tournament but you can win it. So despite all that's gone wrong for me in this tournament so far... it's all uphill from here. I get to face great competition from here on out. My journey of bringing UBL a champion it deserves whether that be me or someone else is near completion. But I want to make one thing clear to you, Hamada. As Musashi once said, "Step by step walk the thousand mile road,". Everyone else is looking at my match with Ogawa but my attention is focused entirely on my match against you. You are in for the match of your life. Your greatest trial begins now.
